What is our return policy?
Take advantage of our 30-day return policy.
You may order just about anything, inspect
your SLAM product and if you are not
fully satisfied, just return it
for a refund provided it has not been used (shipping
charges are not re-fundable). All return items are
subject to a close inspection prior to acceptance.
Refund returns may be subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Contact Us before
returning any item.
If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or refund,
call 1-888-756-8883. Repackage it securely in an outer carton. Be sure
to include inside the package a copy of your sales record. You must call
for a return authorization number before sending any item back to slamsailinggear.com.
No packages will be accepted if exterior packaging is damage. All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Back to top
Sales Taxes?
We are obligated to collect sales tax on all internet orders originating in Texas.
Out of Stock?
You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at time of order an item is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by calling:

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, call the Customer Service Department. Avail. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday, at: 1-888-756-8883
You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges. Back to top
